WALK-IN ONLY IF YOU ARE OKAY WITH US DONATING THE ITEMS WE CAN NOT TAKE.

1- WALK-IN... bring up to 50 items anytime, we add what we can take to your account, and we will donate what is not accepted.

2- LIMITED APPOINTMENTS- You are welcome to join the wait list BUT with a long wait list and a full store, it is the end of the season, it's unlikely we can see more appointments.

You may track your account online to see a summary of your account. It does take time to upload. If you do not know your log in number contact us.

I HAVE A BALANCE... NOW WHAT?

Once items sell your balance will grow! You may use the balance as store credit, or request a check. In the menu of this web site, you will find the link to request a payout.

MY CONSIGNMENT TIME IS OVER... NOW WHAT?

Items past the 90-day contract period are discounted. It is possible to still get credit if sold. If not sold, an item is eligible to be donated at the next season change.

To have unsold items returned, at the end of season the staff finds, pulls, and stores the unsold items for a $5 fee. Return requests must be made prior to the end of the 90-day time.
