Common Questions
Do I need an appointment?
No! The Drop & Run option doesn't require an appointment. Just bring your items anytime we’re open, and we’ll take it from there.
What if my items don’t sell?
If your items don't sell during the 90-day consignment period, they will be donated unless you’ve requested to have them returned. Keep an eye on your online portal for updates on your inventory!
Can I come back to pick up what’s not accepted?
To manage inventory and space efficiently, we cannot hold or return unsold items during the consignment period. If you’d like your items back, please make sure to request them before the 90-day period ends.
How Do I Get Paid?
- Store Credit: You can use your balance as credit toward future purchases.
- Payout: If you prefer cash, request a payout. Checks for amounts under $100 will be available for pick-up the following Tuesday. For amounts over $100, checks will be mailed at the end of the following month.
