✔ Bring up to 60 items anytime we’re open.
✔ We review later, add accepted items to your account, and donate the rest (no pickups). We do not review items on the spot.

.❓ How is pricing determined?
- ✔ Standard resale pricing is typically 1/3 of the original price, but may vary (more or less) based on brand, demand, and condition.
- ✔ Items may be included in store sales & promotions.
- ✔ You receive 40% of the selling price.
❓ What happens if my items don’t sell?
- ✔ The consignment period is 90 days. After 90 days, items may be further discounted and stay on the floor until the season changes.
- ✔ If unsold by the end of the season, items are donated unless you request a return.
❓ Can I get my unsold items back?
- ✔ Yes, but you must request a return before the season changes.
- ✔ A $5 pull fee applies, and staff will retrieve items at the end of the season. No early returns.
❓ How do I get paid?
- ✔ Use store credit anytime!
- ✔ Request a check payout:
- Under $100: Pick up in-store the following week.
- Over $100: Mailed at the end of the following month.
❓ Why do I need an appointment?
Managing space, time, and inventory efficiently is key! We cannot review items on the spot without an appointment.
❓ What condition do items need to be in?
All items must be clean and wear-ready. We do not accept:
- 🚫 Stains, pet hair, holes, pilling, odors (smoke, mothballs, mildew)
- 🚫 Basic workwear (plain black pants, outdated blazers, etc.)
- 🚫 Fast fashion brands (Shein, Fashion Nova, etc.)

- ✔ Spring & Summer Intake: March – May
- ✔ Fall & Winter Intake: September – November
- 🚫 No intake in Dec, Jan, Feb, June, July, Aug.
